On tosiaan vähän kestänyt Carolinerin sulattelu, ennen kuin se on alkanut uppoamaan mullekin... Eihän siitä taida olla kuin pari-kolme vuotta kun poltit mulle pari cdr:rällistä tota mellastusta.

ai niin joo... toi on eri paikasta, jossain vaiheessa katsoin eclipseltä että quarts of blood ja drag them to church oli loppu ja ajattelin joskus myöhemmin tsekkailla uudelleen. kyllä se aina välillä saa puuttuvat sinne hyllylle, vois tietty kysyy mut ed on aika kiireinen nykyään. itsekin oon sinne velkaa parisataa mut se sano ettei maksulla niin kiirettä, ehkä se ottaa jossain vaiheessa vaihtona meitsin julkaisuja sinne. en kuitenkaan kehtaa hirveesti varata sieltä levyjä kun on tämmönen tilanne mut kattellaan. vähän ikuisuusprojektilta tää kyllä vaikuttaa, sori!

(muute, haluutko laatu vielä sen keijon levyn? voin ottaa mukaan illalla.)

Taisinpa vihdoinkin tajuta Carolinerin nerokkuuden.

Kaivoin tämän ketjun noususta innostuneena kolme levyä kuunneltavaksi (I'm Armed with Quarts of Blood, Rise of the Common Woodpile, Strike Them Hard). Noista viimeistä kokeilinkin jo joskus aiemminkin, mutta se meni vielä silloin osittain ohi. Nyt näistä kaikista löytyy ihan ainutlaatuista viehätystä. Loistavaa.

uusi caroliner-split lp saapui, a-puolella siis caroliner rainbow snake tailed waxwalker esittää teoksen a 28-minute 7" in 12" form including "smoke tour for lunation" ja toisella puolella puolestaan woodpatty the chicken climber tarjoilee teoksensa effrointerian healing spools of sacrificed modesty through the curious science of magnetism. en ole vielä uskaltanut korkata levyä mutta hienolta ainakin näyttää!
