When Mark sadly passed away in January 2018, I stumbled across the recording and hearing Mark's voice from beyond the grave gave me goosebumps. I thought it would be a fitting tribute for a musician to put the recording to music somehow and I posted the request on a Fall fan site on Facebook.
A few ex-Fall members contacted me and I gladly passed on the MP3. But I heard nothing after this until a few weeks ago, when I received an anonymous email with a We Transfer link. Someone had finally put the voice recording to music. I have no idea who. I listened to it and thought it was really catchy, and a great way to celebrate Mark and his legacy. You can hear him here in all his wonderful irascibility for the first time.
