tossa merriweatherissä on kyl jotenkin ärsyttävä toi cd-systeemi, oon onnistunut repäisemään hieman rikki ton päällikannen ku siinä on sellanen pujotettava läppä ja sisällä on sit semmonen erillinen pahvihomma, jossa on itse levy. ja biisilista kirjoitettu niin hämäävillä kirjaimilla ettei niistä meinaa saada mitään tolkkua vaikka tietääkin nimet icon_lol

mut tosiaan neuvoni levyhankintoja varten: merriweather, strawberry jam, feels, sung tongs, esim. just tollee käänteisessä ilmestymisjärjestyksessä. ep-julkaisuista fall be kind kannattaa myös hankkia saman tien, loput sit ku siltä tuntuu.

Tomboy will feature the songs previously released on a series of vinyl singles (which will conclude with a forthcoming single on Kompakt) as well as new material. According to a press release, "all the songs have been added to" and given new mixes by former Spacemen 3 member Sonic Boom

If you didn't know by now Animal Collective are responsible for curating ATP this May in Minehead, UK, and, to name a few, with Big Boi, Terry Riley, Gang Gang Dance, Zomby and the guys themselves on the lineup it's bound to be a pretty amazing weekend. Now to add to the excitement, Animal Collective have announced a series of European dates to coincide with the event which takes place between 13th - 15th May, 2011. We probably don't need to tell you that tickets for these events probably wont be around too long.
The dates are as follows:

16th May: Winter Gardens, Eastbourne, UK
17th May: Paradiso, Amsterdam, Netherlands

I'm currently naked, eating fruit pastilles and drinking Casillero del Diablo. The monitors are humming gently.
Ok enuff. This Panda Bear remix is done. Next Tom Trago, then something for Nmbrs, then album no 2 for Honest Jons, and Album No 2 for Werk
Submitted a 12min remix for a 7inch. Swiftly rejected and edit requested Ooops hehehehe
omg. 7 inches can only take 4min and 30 seconds. This is getting napalmed hehehehe
The Panda Bear mix will be on Kompakt, and the extended mix will be used for the Japanese version.

That right there is the cover of Panda Bear's forthcoming album Tomboy, which is out April 12 on Paw Tracks. (It's been pushed up a week so that it can be purchased on Record Store Day, April 16.) The art is by Lennox's Jane bandmate Scott Mou, who also did the covers for his recent singles.

jossain kerrottiin jotain et se kenkien mukana tuleva kasetti sisältäisi neljä soolobiisiä, siis biisit kaikilta? niin ja onko joku bongannut avey taren levyn vinyyliversiota? kyllähän sen voisi ostaa jos vastaan tulisi, onhan tää mainio levy. veikkaan edelleen paremmaksi kuin tulevaa panda bearin kiekkoa, mutta toivon toki erehtyväni.

I think we both kinda had the same idea....the whole record was planned around being on vinyl from the git-go . A game of two halves etc.
A special vinyl deal too...it had to be custom 'cut' in Europe using a very hi-fidelity system ensuring the full 50 minutes would 'cut' loud & clear .
Paw tracks & Noah went the extra (3,000) mile or so .
that road ended in London by chance at Abbey Rd , where they managed to scrape together enough copper (I kid you not -this time) to be able to do the cut , so we could all live happily ever after .
Drone , and other songs have quite specific placements in the l.p. - no doubt it could've gone a bunch of places , but it's placing is specific. I like the 'breather' phrase , especially in relation to this song .
It certainly is a breather now.......haha.
there's something else special about the vinyl .........a bonus for the wax eaters amongst you.......something that'll really get you up & out your seats !!
